No, T won't make a deal with AOL. It has no incentive to do so.

I really don't care whether AOL and T strike a broadband deal personally because cable is just a small part of the complete picture and will be limited in subscribers that want this type of expensive connection but as far as T having the motivation to do a deal with AOL I think that AOL's customer base would make a good reason for T to want a deal.

AOL is already in talks with many of the baby bells so they will have and do have cable anyway.
