Dman - I realize the product is excellent and they have deals with companies PROVIDING SERVICES - that is outgoing money - expenses; I love the product; I know the industry is good - but there are problems I am having putting together

1) REPUTABLE BROKERAGES that DO NOT WANT to be associated with XSNI - either the symbol, the company management, the strategy they are trtying to put together, whatever reason, LEHMANS was the only reputable source to verify AND THEY ARE IN AVOIDANCE mode.

That along with all the stock certificates available to past members of the board, mega com holders and anyone else who may have been promised compensation at some future date will dilute the market value of our XSNI shares and it was done with "malice a forethought" although they needed willing participants -

willing participants - OTCBB momo runners who buy on rumours and speculators willing to gamble on what may POP.

All we have is ASSOCIATIONS and optimistic veiled forecasts by Manning; That is not reliable based upon the background and underground activity I have dug up and managed to finalize yesterday afternoon.

All the posts about what the industry is doing is irrelevant.

I have a corporation just so I can save and cherish that name and protect it; I set it up years ago when I was getting certified in corporate law - do it and experience it is my philosophy - then you know about it and know what you're talking about.

So, if I want to issue shares of common stock I have loads of it and can update the charter and make a zillion shares, make promises to my officers (my husband) and pay a fee to file on the OTCBB and say all kinds of things that I am associated with some high tech or biomedical blah blah and get people trading my stock, and it is worthless. All speculation.

Say I get hold of some software package that allows me to get websites going and surf stuff, etc. - I set up a preliminary site for people to use the "service" - I can promote myself as a guru and in the lead blah blah - if I get rumours going, I can puff up the value of my stock and have my officers dump theirs on a schedule. Once those preferred shares are gone and the arbitrary schedule has passed, then I decide to change everything - go through procedures outlined by the SEC to avoid the appearance of impropriety to start a completely separate entity.

Who is left holding the bag? You can blame the company for completely disregarding trade rules, but you are to blame equally for buying into the hysteria and hedge your bets on what you expect now what is FACT.

I don't care about internet infancy and what you learned from Bid.com - you were fortunate and that is good; but what you are going to learn from this little adventure is that what other companies that you are not in do and what companies that you are in do are TWO DIFFERENT MATTERS. and what should MATTER to you, and what you should ONLY be concerned about is WHAT YOUR company is doing and HOW THEY DO IT.

While you are participating in the "races" as you put it - you could also end up at the wall in a crunched up nascar ford. So they are the top three internet and they have good product - I am really no longer certain that we are going to be holding xstream as LEHMANS put it - prove it.

Tough words to hear but I GOT THE DRIFT. I don't know how else to put it. Forget your repeat posts on internet companies DMAN - you are holding this and LEHMANS gave me the "LAST WORDS".
