I don't see a H&S top...but I do see a very nice looking short. I've been out of SPLS for months now, though it had been one of my favorites. I am put off by the intraday volatility (it must have become a darling of the daytraders). But it is now a classic BTTT short call.

I dont see HS either, but I would wait for break below 28 for short. There is support at 28.5 (see daily low) and that worries me. The tight open/close values on such a down day also worry me. If it was a short, shouldnt it have moved down today? So my opinion, FWIW, is wait again one more day. See 28 and then go for it.
