Jacalyn, you found what I suspected was there. I lost several $K to GOTK in 1997 in a discount convertible deal. Since then I have learned to run like hell when I see one, unless it's a listed stock which I can short.

XSNI longs may want to look at the RACE chart and SEC filings as an example.

If in fact XSNI was created as a safe harbor for the previous owners to dump shares of the companies management created,couldn't we as shareholders of XSNI block those shares being dumped?
This is almost a clever plan by management.

Thanks again for your efforts and honesty. I am a little above breakeven, because I traded a position @ 4 7/8. I don't have the post handy and am in a hurry, but I do recall a post from Uptick showing staggered dates for restricted shares to become trading shares. As I recall the date first was June 30. I will call my Lehman connection on Monday.
