Jacalyn, you found what I suspected was there. I lost several $K to GOTK in 1997 in a discount convertible deal. Since then I have learned to run like hell when I see one, unless it's a listed stock which I can short. XSNI longs may want to look at the RACE chart and SEC filings as an example.

If in fact XSNI was created as a safe harbor for the previous owners to dump shares of the companies management created,couldn't we as shareholders of XSNI block those shares being dumped? This is almost a clever plan by management.
