I can find only 1 UCC record from between Cyberfast and Sunrise leasing. I am unsure of exactly what transactions/credits/commerce generates a UCC record: law.cornell.edu law.cornell.edu But I was expecting to see a UCC record for the open line of credit that Cyberfast is claiming was given to them by Cisco. Perhaps someone who knows more about UCC records could clue me in on this?
