Very probably people will be more isolated than now. With fewer chance encounters and relationships. Add telecommuting, ATM machines, self-serve gas stations, etc.... I believe matchmaking will become big business. That should be the next hot IPO.

I agree with this number. It is a bit misleading in that the percentage growth for ecommerce is huge. It has been years since my statistics days so I won't post exact numbers but I believe if ecommerce becomes 4-5% of total retail, that is a %3000 increase in ecommerce sales year over year. The exact number can be corrected;-)
