If anyone is looking for a possible daytrade, check into CNXT...

It seems to have a 4-5 point spread lately and made for a great trade on Friday... The only green I had...

Not to mention that in general the direction of this stock seems to be UP UP UP... I might have a difficult time letting go with this one...

Of course do your own DD on this, as usual... Just bringing it to the threads attention... It is nice to be able to see green on a BAD day...

internets in general...

still my favorite sector, although I've taken an extended vacation from fully vested positions...traders are itching to return to the gains we've witnessed in the recent past, but majority seem to be waiting for some signal from the sky to lead the lemmings...and nothing wrong with running with the pack, provided you're not the one junmping off the side of the cliff...

Without question, the nets will continue to impact our way of communicatiing and the way we do business...and those of us who do not repond to the change, well...and we get lost in the day to day intracies of the market and forget the big picture...and very ez to do so considering the slow, seeping correction we're involved with...

we have earnings season around the corner...enthusiasm to trade the nets may not be as robust in the past, but we will see opportunity with quality nets and the new emerging leaders will see strong advances...

My suggestion is to scrutnize, prepare a shortlist of your favorite quality net stocks...all will go through its bounce phase, some more than others, with many that will return to languishing on the downside...still, we as traders/investors continue the search for the next AOL...

ELNK...going after market share with many freebies...2 months free service with coupons, egrp 6 months free service, bolstering content (MKTW relationship along with others) as it mimicks AOL..but the bottom line, they're spending money to attract customers...and how this will affect their ability to turn positive in a reasonable time frame suitable to the investor, don't know...ELNK is following the lead of the genral market, and perhaps is not an isolated event...earlier this week, I read a post regarding its presentation at recent conference week as being unimpressive...maybe someone can shed more light...
