Thank you for taking the time to read the 8-K and editing it for us. These dependent and independent clause-laden documents seem a little less appealing to me than a sunny, low dew point, weekend day. I'll probably wait for crummy weather or insomnia to read the full 8-K.

If the stock certificates are stamped with "Not for retail sale", then perhaps it truly is an investment rather than a price reduction gambit.

My quick read led me to believe that Sun has 3 years to purchase their shares, and that none of the warrants expire prior to 2002. If this is true, did you see any incentive that Sun has to buy the shares before the end of the 3 year period?
