ATTENTION, THREAD: Thanks to the generous assistance of Webmistress Jill, the header for our thread has been expanded to include links to the G&K Index, the W&W Portfolio, Gorilla & King definitions, etc. This should make it much easier for lurkers and newcomers to understand our approach and vocabulary.
