That was one of the best posts i have read in a long time.......Yes, i agree with you, the NASD is not an organization that you want to have on your bad side....but since they are a private organization, their isnt much they can do to you if you arent a relative of the brokerage industry.... as for Anthony....The man has cajones...major ones.....He is constantly getting abused mostly from new people who havent followed him before and then the fight starts over again.......But as you said, the man is right much more often than not......if you cant beat em.....join em.... best of luck to you and glad you didnt fight it ....but joined it... mike
