People seem to keep coming back and displaying their inability at comprehending that which is simple and straigh forward.

Somehow the most basic of fundamentals get lost in the daily banter on the message board. AOL's game plan is clear and their fundamentals are strong as well as unchanged. I don't mind the repetitious posts if you can endure them.<g>

Let them go to the courts and spend their money.

Your above statement is a very important one to me. While T spends years doing battle in court, AOL will continue to march forward and keep rolling out DSL as well as wireless and radio wave modem connections ect. It is my understanding that T cannot do it's cable deals while the court battles are in progress.
