The NASD needs to be dissolved and the SEC tremendously built up..Whoever thought that an industry could regulate itself obviously works on Wal;l Street..Imagine if we let every industry regulate itself...Meat packers,,, Drug Compnaies, Insurance,, and on and on and on..we should just allow Criminals decide their own punishment and rely on them to turn themselves in when they break a law..

Thats what we have on Wall Street
