Jim, Boy I sure can remember!

Bought a house in 1981 at the reasonable interest rate of 18%. Of course, I'm sure that they were predicting a stock market crash with interest rates at those lofty levels. We seemed to have survived the experience.

I'm not quite as cynical as you, but close. <g> How many folks are really going to have maximum exposure to the market at 12/31. Where is the money going to go, and more important to the big picture is when is the process going to start. May we live in interesting times.
