If you really want to do something about all the stupid things this administration has done to the industry, then you should completely replace this administration, i.e elect
someone who will not follow the policy of this administration. Maybe Bill Gate will be a good candidate for the next president. It is better to have a businessman in the whitehouse , operate the country efficiently than having a lawyer who knew nothing about industry at all !!! Think about it !!!!!!!

Don't forget there are some prominent Republicans (I am sorry to say) such as Hatch(et) who are big time MSFT bashers and supporters of the DOJ effort. He is one of the reasons that Repubs can't partisanize this issue for the election.
