ED - AMS - wwho do you think they paid the mgt and other fees to????

My preeference now with thses mining cum net companies is those that can turn deals without diluting the float - Thosew ith the cash to do the deals.

VEN - Good story in the globe explaining the story - NOT GOOD

Re: AMS/vse... Even beter... I just checked their last quater ending March 31/99...
The got a whole $202.00 in the bank and they still managed to pay out 35K in
consulting fees and 6k in management fees...

Gimme a break!!!!...

None of that matters. They will use shares to acquire an internet company, or a pp will be arranged. Don't you realise that this is a vse stock? fundemantals don't mean squat. I can assure you that AMS will be at its 52 week high within 16 days.
