Joe Naughton just returned my call!

Here is the info he was able to give me:

1. He is not related to Patrick Naughton at Disney's Go Network, but his older brother is an executive at Ford Motors. Just a coincidence. He gave me a nice family history of his parents being first-generation Americans from Ireland. They were MacNaughton, then dropped the Mac when they came over.

2. He stated that GoOn-line.com being up is "DAYS AWAY! I'm not talking July here, but a matter of DAYS." He said that there will be plenty of merchandise to offer. This is why he hired Scott Claverie to run this division, to be sure they had plenty to offer. He said they are making sure that the look of the site is right, and that it will be dynamic and interactive. It will have streaming video presentations. I said that first impressions are important, and he agreed.

3. There is no news, good or bad, on the lawsuit. It seems to be dragging out like the typical lawsuit. Joe said it looks good for them so far, but he will not be cocky about it. He stressed that he does not want people to invest in a company because of a lawsuit...if they do, they should not be investing. He wants people to believe and invest in JNNE for their business plan, and what they will be offering the public.

4. Mr. Naughton said that there will be "more announcements next week, the week after, and the week after that...and on and on. There is A LOT in the works, so we will definitely not run out of announcements." I got the impression from his tone that there are some pleasant surprises coming our way!

5. GoOn-line.com is not the only site that JNNE will build!!! They are planning to run a network of sites like a cybermall!

6. I asked about the kiosk aspect of the business, and he said that they are staying the course for at least the next six months with aiming only for hotels. They get about 10 calls a day from people asking about JNNE installing kiosks in coffee shops, grocery stores, airports, etc., but they don't want to overextend their scope right now. "Stay the course" was his theme here. He says that many bashers make the good point about Web TV being installed in hotel rooms, thus eliminating a need for kiosks. HOWEVER, Joe pointed out that the only hotels that can afford the cost of installing Web TV in every room are the ones that charge $250 and up per night per room. JNNE's target audience is, in his words, "The Walmart folks" who will stay in $60 rooms at places like Holiday Inn. These lower-priced hotel chains can not afford the cost of having Web TV's installed in rooms, so JNNE has found their niche!

I found Mr. Naughton to be very pleasant, well-spoken, confident, respectful, intelligent, and open to questions. I wish I had called him sooner! After speaking with him, I feel that we JNNE shareholders are in good hands. This guy has a definite plan mapped out, but is open-minded and innovative enough to explore the latest ideas and technology out there. He was generous with his time, speaking to me for over 20 minutes. If you read this post Mr. Naughton, thanks again!

I hope this DD is of some help to the shareholders of JNNE and those doing their weekend DD wondering if they should invest here. If you have any more questions, I suggest you call Joe yourselves. You'll be glad you did.

Good luck to all LONGS in JNNE!

Patty
