and we're governed by idiots - the true (value) cost of helping the poorer nations is now into the many billions and of course it ain't any help at all to the third world countries who actually produce and explore for gold. The Australian gold sales were the perfect example - they raised a couple of hundred million but decreased the value of their nations in ground gold reserves by a billion or so. QED d
