I see a good argument for the festivals being held on the same grounds, so to speak (quite aside, I mean, from the felicity their proximity to my luxurious treepenthouse!,) and that's that I believe anyone who has Beltane bookmarked will automatically have the new one bookmarked. I lack the boldness to 'sponsor' such a thread myself, and have thus far only cavorted with the sanction of the redoubtable Edwarda's proprietorship, but I can see that Edwarda might feel it's somebody else's turn now. The responsibilities are awesome. I wonder, if a volunteer alternate sponsor could be identified, would SI permit both a namechange and a change in founder name? I believe that has happened. Edwarda, you would have to make the request that, for example, the name would be changed to Summer Solstice Celebration and the founder name would be changed to, for example, len grasso or some other fun friend of yours, if you are reluctant, Christopher, and someone else is willing. You actually use your real name, so I can quite understand...etc.
