I'm not so sure. If the FED doesn't raise rates, then the Bond market, which is perverse anyway, could react negatively anticipating inflation, which in turn could negatively impact the market. The problem is that if the Fed does something unexpected it is usually bad. The only way that a non-increase would be good is if the bond market can simultaneously be convinced that there is no danger of inflation.

As I have said, since the valuation of AXC is reasonable and justifiable based on sales and potential sales I don't see that it has as much downside risk as the rest of the "nuts", though downside risk is always present.

It is also possible that AXC will trade in a range from 3.5 to 4.5 until after the June financials are released and the world can see what AENTV and TVoW are doing. I think that that release might also coincide with analyst coverage, by the way. It would be pretty hard for an analyst to recommend AXC without seeing the books on the best parts, and that obstacle will soon be gone.
