Remember we talked about T.ECG, months ago & we wondered why it was so cheap, when u consider who they rep in the US, well I think the news out on June 2 might create some interest .. looks like a great co to me.

Envoy Files Form 20-F Registration With S.E.C.

TORONTO, June 2 /CNW-PRN/ - Envoy Communications Group Inc. (TSE: ECG - news) today announced it has filed Form 20-F registration statement with
the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Form 20-F allows foreign corporations to register securities with the SEC pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Envoy's
registration of its stock will allow its shares to be solicited and traded by licensed broker-dealers in the United States in compliance with Securities and Exchange
Commission regulations. The effective registration statement also moves Envoy closer to eligibility for listing its stock on a U.S. stock exchange or market.

''The Board of Directors initiated the SEC filing to allow Envoy to gain access to the U.S. securities market,'' said Geoff Genovese, President and CEO. ''With
recent corporate developments, a Form 20-F filing is an appropriate and progressive step for the Company at this time and will help our on-going efforts to
