The whole thing was bizarre and taken another surreal turn by them allegedly not even supporting 800Mhz on the desktop Coppermines. (I understand the 840 supports the Xeon replacement.)

They must have a regular old 133 SDRAM option as their back up and thats the rabbit I expect out of the hat.

It's going to be fun watching Intel squirming their way thru the RAMBUST scenarios.

Sad but true. Intel needs a kick in the pants, and they might just get one.
