For the xstream link to Langdon, go to his company website in Wales: Fireworld (North Wales) Ltd at www.fireworld.co.uk you will find a direct link to xsni and fc.com - tied at the hip you suggested somewhere in that post - could be - pretty close to the action on Hemscott and was told to shut up just before trading of this stock started in the US. Evidence some emails to me and the lack of posts since the SHUT UP date. Yes, I could be crazy, but I like it in my world. 1) Lehmans DID confirm that XSNI is an OTCBB ticker; that Manning and xstream are associated. They did tell me that the OTCBB provided no other information and I had to tell them that MANNING TOLD ME HIMSELF IN MAY when I called that there are 4 million shares available now and they are holding 30 million shares to release sometime in the future. That prompted the broker to talk muffled to the banker and some other SEC stuff came up and I got another lesson on SEC rules. 2. I did say that they are aware of xstream and Manning, but they are UNABLE TO DIVULGE ANY INFORMATION other than they are aware. Aware of what and that means nothing; they were RELUCTANT to confirm the association. - that should START THE ALARM, or at least plug you in... also, if the association was so good, why don't they even want to be linked with XSNI? 3. Private placement - look it up; can happen anytime for a "future consideration" It DID happen that is all you need to concern yourself with. 4. the mega com shareholders got XSNI - restricted to sell until June 30, 1999. The reason I provide names and numbers and links is for you to confirm, that you take the initiative is great. If you can get Andy Laslow to say something different, post it; but remember HE TOOK MY PHONE NUMBER and NAME and was a little surprised at the questions and the information I provided him that MANNING PROVIDED me. Enough said, whenever I have called brokerage houses in the past, I got ASSOCIATION with the organization I was calling about. I got the drift that they wanted to be as far apart from XSNI as possible. Hope you get a different feeling and all works out great; I am just posting what I got and I said I would from the beginning. Call Manning or Cavahulo and find out how many of those private placement shares are going to flood the market, after of course, the ones that have already been dumped/sold. I don't know who started the rumours but I do know that the thread for XSNI was begun in November 10, 1998 on clearstation FOR WHAT PURPOSE if a STOCK DID NOT EXIST. The stock was not available until March, 1999 - check out otcbb.com; That date should give you a start. Man, this is looking worse and worse each time I write what I know. That there was a concerted effort over time to dupe people is clearly laid out for anyone to see. It is now a matter of how and when to get out; like I said, I am keeping a small portion just to be a bug - this will be my petri dish lesson on true digging, verification and prove out the validity that you have to make sure the HEADS of the CORPORATION is clean for the company to be a success. Clean it up or get rid of it. Smells the place up. You got half of the information all twisted up Jeffrey. I want this to work out, but I don't know how it can with all this STRATEGY THAT HAS BEEN WELL CONCEIVED AND PLANNED FOR YEARS. and NO they will not come out and tell you how they planned their strategy - that is what investigating is all about - they try to hide facts, and you try to dig em up. The more they conceal and cloak and dagger - they bigger the problem you as a shareholder have. This is the closest down home explanation is what I have been posting and it is all you're going to get. Layman terms but seeing the big picture and giving you all the FACTS and details in SEE SPOT RUN format. Also I did not say that all the shares will be dumped on June 30 - but the stock holders have that option; others are SCHEDULED preferably during a run up. You know how much I like the product and how up I was - but I was always posting they did this listing on OTCBB on purpose - no mistake - these guys are SUCCESSFUL business millionaires - that always bothered me, but I had to find the right Lehman Brothers - no one would tell me and when I finally found it last week, I called and provided the info on the board, said I'd call Friday, and I did. Didn't like what I heard and I can understand english. BTW - I am not an attorney, I am a lowly legal assistant who is certified in several degrees/areas/ my forte is DISCOVERY/ I am an inactive member of the state bar of Texas, just to set the record straight; someone erroneously jumped to an assumption that I was an attorney; then someone else tried digging up dirt on me and could only come up with a corporation name and that I was just a lowly legal assistant; and I do live in Texas and my neighbor is Terry Bradshaw - yeah that one on Fox. Jeff; Where are all the great internet analysts commenting on x-stream? Outside the good people on this thread I rarely hear a thing on X-Stream except for post #893, where this outfit called PROFITPICKS put a US$20.00/share target price on x-stream, there's been nothing else that I know off that has had any impact.!!!! Where is Steve Harnum's (S.I.) comments on x-stream? He comments on all the rest of the Internet stocks.!! Over on Bid.com there are analysts commenting every week or two concerning Bid.com. When Bid.com was $9.00/share this analyst from Taurus commented and drove it right back down to $2.50/share. When Bid.com hit $27.00/share, another analysts from Yorkton Securities gave it a dart and in one day, knocked it down to $8.00/share. It nearly gave me a heart attack. Two days later it shot right back up again to $27.00/share. So there has to be some analyst out there some where in the U.K, USA or Canada who is an expert on Internet that will comment on x-stream. Who and where are they?? It would be great to get some comment outside, good or bad from those jokers.!!!!
