The host acknowledged the images were there but refused to do anything to assist me at that point ... allowing to webmaster to continue using my images until _I_ proved they were mine (I did this but still the images are there and the host hasn't responded). I have been doing a lot of research on this host and they contain so many pirated and illegal images it isn't funny. Legal action is being taken and the authorities have been notified. I have since received a letter from their legal representative shown here ... please note that ALL the information they asked for has already been sent to them six times and they were already aware of this ... in fact when they replied with this standard letter they had quoted all my details at the bottom. There are also numerous pirated images from other people on this guys site. Update: I received another email from Arthur today stating that he did not know the image was mine and that it came from a member of the public (although this may be true, I was unable to find his email address or a submission form anywhere on his site) ... keep in mind that after I notified him it was mine the image was not deleted immediately but instead I received the above email from the legal representative. My image was finally removed from this site only to be replaced in the same location by another image pirated from daisysroom.com ... I have notified her. If anyone conducts correspondence with Arthur I'd appreciate a copy :) Bernadette is one helluva more honest person than Arthur, IMO.
