Any thoughts on the present share holders getting screwed on this deal? Not bashing just looking for both sides.

Hi Elevis: Three of the requirements for a company to become a nasdaq member is that a company is fully reporting (DDEQ is), that they close above 4 dollars for a month (so, I am having fun counting) and that the market cap of the stock is 50 millions ( i believe). Needless to say, DDEQ has not announced any Nasdaq listing yet. I would not be surprised to see DDEQ announce such a plan next month. Sorry for the confusion, just an old man having fun. Will keep on counting secretly to avoid any confusion. Fred
