An entity is a corporation......a corporation is an entity, therefore isn't it true that a legal entity = a legal corporation. Once again we seem to be using terms.

I am aware that SHAL has no SEC filings...it is a OTCBB stock, but thanks for the info. By the way.....Isn't SHAL in the process of filing with the SEC for Nasdaq NMS Status?

All potential SHAL investors refer to Mark Fuller's original forum message (#1). Interesting stuff....I tend to agree with his analysis. I don't feel much has changed since March. Upon further investigation, it appears that CEO Garrett Krause has been honest about his company's shell restructuring business model since its inception. At under ten dollars, this stock looks pretty good. Investors....Buyer Beware....don't be afraid of a few silicon stock bashers. I like the stock. Go long.
