No, they have cheered the Russians. NATO ain't there yet.

You have a clue to when genocide started? The Kosovo Liberation Army started killing the minority Serbs in Kosovo. Yugoslavia responded by attacking the KLA to stop the genocide of Christians.

The ramifications of this escapade run beyond NATO's impact on the Serb military action against the KLA. The relations with the European Union, the Russians, the Chinese, and other non-aligned nations have all taken major steps backwards.
