A pet peeve of mine, is that not enough daytraders are aware that they're going to be practically "legislated out of existence" (at least, severely hobbled) by this sort of thing (garbage, one-sided regulations which strongly favor the market makers) using NASD as their trojan horse, over the next five years. Look at what they did to SOES by getting the tier sizes reduced (made it worthless) and Selectnet is already nearly dead. They're hot on the heels of ECNs too. This is the reason they place so many weird/unsubstantiated negative articles about the "evils that day traders" are inflicting in the media too, so they can continue their anti-competitive lobbying and legislating unimpeded. The only way to fight it is through groups like the ETA! -Steve
