To Barrett: My take on the AOL meltdown is pretty simple.
The stock has split twice since last December and is
currently consolidating this tremendous gain. Trees don't
grow to the sky and neither does AOL!! My analogy to the
net situation is this: Individual Trees that have grown
to large are chopped down or fall of their own accord.
The forest however, live on from seedlings that take
advantage of the new available sunlight. Translation:
New AOL investors(Institutional and Retail) will scoop
up AOL at 80-90 bucks and the cycle of birth, adolescence
,maturity and slow agonizing death will recur. Were still
in the 2nd inning of the internet...there's still a bunch
of game left to play!! GO AOL, GO BABY!!!
