Hi Greg, you said it when you said the intent part - I see it all over now after Lehmans practically told me that XSNI is not xstream until I informed him Manning told me it was and that there only 4 million shares out and they were holding teh other 30 million. For goodness sakes, I wish I could feel the former to be true - I hope to be able to sell on a run up but keep about 10 just so they have to write my name on certificates and letters. It will be a reminder of that fateful call in May when Manning told me about the 4 million and 30 million shares and that XSNI is XSTREAM and he had hired LEHMANS to correct their OTCBB listing; That when I called Lehmans in UK - they told me to PROVE to them XSNI was XSTREAM. That tied with all the other debris Manning managed to lay around so I could find it and put it together has not changed my mind about the value of an upcoming IPO in this industry - that a CREDIBLE BROKERAGE would AVOID association with this stock puts me in the position that this particular stock is going nowhere on NASD anytime soon and definitely NOT in line for IPO. I was told Manning and others over there in the UK monitor this board and I asked them to offer up their sequence of events and explanations - I'd even pay up the 60 bucks to see that happen. But don't you know their excuse would be that they can't say anything right now - well, just tell us what is wrong with the facts pulled out so far? The timing is laid out, the players are laid out, the stocks have gbeen issued, the restrictiod percentages have been dumped, now there is no accurate accounting of the number of outstanding shares - So are there still 4 million out now and 30 million to be released at convenience - and is that total 34 million inclusive of all those restricted stocks given out? Just a FACTUAL explanation would do. Good Luck! To be sure I'll check the www.ipo.com board but if Lehmans wouldn't even go near it - why should I? GO STARS!!!! :) Jacalyn EDIT EDIT Oh by the way, when you call Manning's XSTREAM number in the UK - it is not answered at the front desk as XSTREAM - it is Good day, "FOX-HAYES" I said is this XSTREAM, I need to speak with Mr. Manning - "oh yes, xstream is here, let me connect you with Mr. Manning", then the secretary comes on blah blah not in yada yada Just thought for such a big up and comer shouldn't XSTREAM be the opening company - no wonder we don't get any recent press releases on xstream - its back shop operation stuff? not as big as fox-hayes? Is that modems? BTW - there are only 4 engineers at the XSTREAM offices in Toronto and one is looking for new work...always something...
