Loren, per 6/9 press release KIDE claims exclusive rights to merchandise licensing, movie and TV sales, outside of Asia. SYCD claims the right to video and DVD sales. Does KIDE's alleged exclusive "merchandise licensing" deal preclude SYCD's sale of toys and other products in USA. What does it mean to have an exclusive for "merchandise licensing" as KIDE claims? Help!!!!!!!!!!

To "Loren". HAY - since it's the week-end we can "ramble" a little bit here. i was just thinking how in the "early" years there was almost nobody investing in the "micros" - and i do mean NOBODY!! now - however - it seems as though EVERYONE wants to invest in these types of companies and i think i know why this is. it has - mainly - to do with the internet. it is just SOOO easy for everyone to "invest" (play) in the stock market these days. plus everyone reads on all of these message boards about how all of these people are making all of these thousands (millions) of dollars via investing in "penny" stocks and so everyone is saying "Gee - if that guy/gal can do that then i surely can do that too"!! now - i am NOT being judgmental about any of this. (IOW) i am not saying that any of this is either "right" or "wrong" or "good" or "bad". i am merely trying to explain why SOOO many people (novices) seem to be investing in the "pennies" these days. however - i really do believe that there is an absolutely tremendous - and very real - financial danger (risk) in what a lot (most) of these people are doing (financially) to themselves - to their families - and to their friends simply because (IMO) the vast majority (almost ALL) of them simply do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - PERIOD!! they all seem to think that by investing in "micro-cap" companies they are all going to become instant millionaires "over-night". however - what seems to be happening to most (almost ALL) of them is that they are LOSING all - or at least most - of the money that they have invested in these types of companies and some of them (tragically) are even losing everything they have ever owned!! what these people seem to NOT be able to understand or "grasp" is the very simple fact that - yes - a person can most definitely make a lot of money via investing in "micro-cap" companies but ONLY if he/she/they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! (IOW) the novice stock market investors are NOT making any money - only the PROFESSIONAL stock market investors are really making any "serious" money via investing in these EXTREMELY HIGH RISK types of companies!! anyway (FWIW) "ramdom" thoughts on a late Saturday afternoon. take care, my friend.

Loren...SYCD printed 1.00 intraday this past week (vol that day was almost 2m shares and the 1.00 high intraday was from a low that day of .42...that is more than a double in one day) and my system shows that to be the highest print in the last 8 months. Altho the close that day (Wed) was at .70 and the close Friday was at .51 it gives you an idea of the potential outsize moves this stock is capable of...both ways.
Not for the fainthearted BUT the odds are about 4 to 1 that once a stock breaks out and prints a price it will print it again.

My guess is that the company will be on the wires several times over the next 6 to 8 weeks and I think we will be able to establish increasingly higher floors for the price as more news is released about corporate developments.

Total volume for the week was approx 4.5m. High/Low prints for the week were 1.00/.34. That kind of activity is going to get this stock a lot of attention over this weekend as investors run their scans. As more investors find out what SYCD has to offer I think we will expand the number of long term investors in the stock. This past week might have really put SYCD on the map.
