But - you can scroll back to previous pages (pick a random message no. ), when page displays - select "LIST" and you will be returned to the list page that contains the messsage just viewed. You might find his posts there or on the "next 40" or "previous 40". Also check posts by CyclixPL, another knowledgable poster on ISIP. It is grunt work. I don't know if you can search by Crohn's alone. But, you can try a site called BioSpace that tracks all biotech companies and research by disease at that site. biospace.com Good Luck!
