According to my NYSE TRIN chart at the MDA site, we have just begun to sell off. (Maybe I should change the music on my site to that song like I did last August. <g>) Note that we usually didn't reverse until the TRIN reached the top yellow line and did go higher during steep declines.

As for your bounce, that is highly possible for a short term pause. My 9 day swing cycles are reaching over sold but my mid term stuff is pointing to more downside. As I went through my stock charts, I came up with 17 good shorts and only two longs that aren't playable yet but are going to be good potential plays when this down leg is over if they continue to go as they have so far.

Note some of my short picks are on stocks that people have been touting as having recoveries. They look like bear traps to me and I fully expect them to reverse and take the dipsters money with them. (hint, they are in the SOX index <ggg>)

Note I have a heavy work schedule next week so I won't be putting my money where my mouth is unless I get an unexpected break.

Good Luck,

Lee
