Phil wake up, the thread we share a wall with hears your snoring. Whats a A-d ratio ? << ..............................the last time we saw saw such a large difference between the advance in the Dow and the decline in the A-D ratio was August, 1929. I think this statistic from the Investor's Business Daily from June 14, 1999, says it all. The IBD charts 23 leading growth mutual funds. As of last Friday, June 14, 1999, the index was up a pitiful 3.6% for the year. If you are truely diversified, as most financial advisors and Wall Street experts tell you to be, you are probably having a difficult time making money in this market. And there is big risk being invested in the stock market today! Big risk and no return, doesn't sound good to me! >> Le Metropole Cafe
