Yes Bill, I did forget about that post - see when Suntrader called it was after I called and Manning told me so much, he realized his mistake and didn't have time to talk with Suntrader - then the SHUT UP notice went out all over the UK etc. And I did forget Suntrader's information on Fox-Hayes - probably the forerunner to the IPO company name, HA Yeah the guy can restructure alright...look at this stunning example. tongue in cheek Well, the computer jealousy bug has got the group again and I have to go, CUL8TR, Jacalyn

wlcnyc, What's do you think of X-Stream and their future.???Someone was sharp in the company to bring them up among 70 Free Internet companies in the U,K to #3 position, that was not easy, if they came this far why knock it down with some crazy scam, the future is bright.!!! I wonder when you call FreeServe, #1 in Free Internet in the U.K do the Dixon crowd answer the phone, I'd say yes.??

Jeff << UPDATE: Lehmans in UK is handling the XSNI matters; anything pertaining to the actual day to day details - like where they are in the IPO filing process; where they are in addressing the NASD issue is tantamount to insider trading; The Lehmans UK Syndicate Desk and the banker did acknowledge that Mr. Manning is Xstream; that XSNI is trading on the OTCBB and it does indicate that XSNI is xstream; that no filings are made to date with the SEC - the broker/barrister can't divulge any insider information nor verify any "rumours" or other information. So, we just have to keep an eye on the www.ipo.com site and see when that filing WILL occur; sometime after the end of this month seems to be a good guestimate for me. Message 10079113 >>
