What is wrong with you people???? I have been an investor in TSIG for 2 years I own it from 6 cents to almost $1. ....Get a clue... It amazes me as to why you "investors" rip your own company apart.MORONS.....If you have invested your hard earned dollars in this company searching for a wealth builder as I have, than work on improving the mood of potential and current investors. If you did your dd, you knew TSIG needed money. So it went out and got it yea some jackoffs have been selling, so let um get there lousy .10 or maybe even .5cents by next; who cares the big picture is in sight. Do you think all of this was a scam? All these deals lifetime learn, net tax, Phil Espo, & Dick Clark just to name a few.... If they were then Paul Henry, Robert Gordon,M Gordon, and Crew would be long Gone already People......make your own Decisions, but I ask you ;Stop hurting and start helping......IMHO...The only way this stock will turnaround is for new money to come in. Si and the bull surely do not seem inviting to the lamen....Lord knows I would run for the hills and hide the children lets try to change that and make this a forum for the new investor to make educated choices. My best Good luck to all ....

DFP-3...right-on!!!!
I too am new to this stock and got here by looking at stock pick sites and then doing what DD I could find. This message board needs to be an information and positive thinking forum. I was into IVOC for a while...when it went from .14 to .81..just weeks ago. When it started to find it's base around .45 people were bashing the crap out of it. Why I could never figure out. Whinning NO, Winning, YES.. If newbies came here to feel the mood of the other shareholders they would leave..
I'm with you -3, The lights need fresh batteries, that's all. The longs and shorts should all be in agreement...let's make money, stay in or get out...STOP WHINNING.

GO TSIG

OK phillip,, <What impact do you think the PP [(assuming that a maximum of $ 5.2 million of the
PP is used) will have on (1) share price of TSIG and (2) outstanding shares ?]>
A) I don't think one can assume $5.2MM will be the maximum drawn on the $10mm PP
1)We have seen the effects of the PP on the share price already,as well as the dilutive effect.I see no reason at this time for the downtrend in price and the uptrend in shares to stop until conversion has been completed. You're guess is as good as mine if they will have to go back to the PP well and eventually draw the entire $10mm
There is no cap on the number of shares to be issued on conversion, more can and will be registered(IMO) to meet their contractual obligations to the PP holders if need be..
