that is what my analogy was all about

would you sell the real estate you owned at "the norm price"
knowing that some day, however long it took, that train was a coming?

'Course, if you could sell it now at inflated prices, knowing that you could buy it back somewhere in between, now that's a different
story.

The 40 year cycle says we are not at the true blowoff stage yet,
and that we are just messing around.

-25% hurts though.

HB. is a 500 point DOW decline followed by a 30 minute breather still in effect?

At these levels a true gut wrenching crash could take a day or two.
And of course there's the 90's very successful market strategy - buy the dip.

A severe correction may be unique.
