Christine, I assume you read my post, to which E's was a response. And I hope you did not take offense!

I think my reaction to the title was less to the word "Feelings," as it was to the three exclamation points that followed it! <g>

And I thought it was in full earnest -- just as some people have assumed that I was fully serious in giving the title I did to this thread. Both Feelings!!! and Labs!!! can be a little off-putting, in cyberspace. (From which it does not follow that in their personal lives those who are put off "bottle up" their emotions, or bomb laboratories.)

In any event, "Feelies" has been a hit...Not to worry. <g>

What a wonderful, open and expressive post, Christine. And I'm especially glad that I understood, and appreciated, the title exactly as you had intended. The tongue in cheek title, which promised the opportunity for seriousness or for play or for a combination of the two.

I don't know why the man who said to me that he would never post on a place with such a name felt that way. I suspect, though, that he had other reasons, and the name provided a convenient excuse.
