They own 51% of each now, Zeev. Option exercised this quarter ( which may mean results will be incorporated this quarter or next...not sure which but guessing this one).

Yes Zeev, they have exercised the option on both and now own 51% of each, so the results will definitely be consolidated in the June 30 financials. The only remaining question is how much detail we will get to see. Will be get back pro-forma statements, for example? Will each subsidiary be broken out separately? Probably we will have to wait for the 10Q for some of these questions to be answered.

Once these questions have been answered and it is possible to assess the growth rates, revenue, and profit potential of the various subsidiaries it will be much easier to value Ampex. I for one am confident that that value will be higher that today's price. In the meantime my investment in Ampex is based partly on what they are doing, partly on my own assessment of the profit and growth potential, and partly on how impressed I am in the people involved with the various subsidiaries.
