Problem with this is it's never a fair reimbursment or the people get their property seized and then don't get anything back because of an adulterated interpurtation of the law. There are so many useless laws on the books in each state it's nuts.

One good example is that poor SOB who was just convicted of swearing in public. The law used was so outdated and the judge actually had to strike part of the law saying that it infringed on a later law.

Go figure.

Did ya'll see where George W. got hammered in Iowa by anti-gun protesters? Seems they didn't like what he said about Reno's comments on the senate coming off soft on gun control. I think George W. did the correct thing in following the NRA's proposal and sticking to his guns (pun intended).
