Papaya, The European offshore rig count is unchanged from last week. With 86 of the region's 100 mobile offshore drilling rigs under contract, European offshore rig utilization is 78.2 percent. Yeah, at least......maybe even as high as 86%. Doom and gloom seems to pervade over here in the U.K. sector, even in the face of strengthening commodity numbers. I would say that the GOM market is the font of nearly all optimism right now, probably driven by the coming Nat Gas shortage. Plenty of surplus Nat. Gas supply in the North Sea sector. Regards, Aggie
