does show net institutional purchases of 0.063 M shares. Some of the buying and selling could be short covering. It looks like short interest is rising slightly. My shot is the institutional positions 5% or so of stock outstanding (if I recall correctly) do not mean much. The net trends are downward, Zitel remains a destroyer of shareholder equitiy--the positions in the stock have been locked down for a long time relative to 3 months and the deterioration of the underlying business entity continues. Triflings, all these indicators are triflings. Poor management and nothing of note for a residual entity that could operating as a going concern remains the Zitel story basically.
