Just got back from reading the CS board at Yahoo. Tim does not need any backup-he is doin' just fine. Against those children-who wouldn't. Makes me remember why I paid $200 for the right to post here.

It puzzles me that Tim left this board, which I consider one of the more civil and intelligent investing boards in cyberspace to... what... hang out on the Yahoo street corner? In post 22472 to the Yahoo CS board he notes that he forwarded a bunch of posts to his attorney. In other posts he has threatened legal action against posters who make false statements about him. With these repeated references to legal sanctions Tim reads more like Anthony than Anthony. Tim never adequately explained his abrupt departure from SI to his many friends here... to get into a pissing match on Yahoo? And now you're asking us to "head over to the CS Yahoo thread to back Tim up."? Who has time for these games? As I said many times, I wish Tim well - and I am happy to see him at Glenn's site. However, based on what I've seen posted, something is missing. This saga just doesn't make any sense. I, for one, certainly have no intention of trying to figure it out. Regards: Tom
