A sample set of one focusing on TD is good enough for me!<g>

Did ya'll know that positive thinking can prolong your life?
Just read this in the June 1999, Cooking Light mag.:

Are You Half-Empty or Half-Full?

How you view the proverbial glass of water could affect your health.
In one recent study, Ohio State University researchers measured the
level of optimism and pessimism in 224 men and women who were caring for family members with Alzheimer's, then followed up a year later.
Those who had high marks in optimism didn't report any major changes in well-being, but the caregivers who score high in pessimism reported more stress and poorer health.

The researchers concluded that when it comes to maintaining health,
having a positive attitude does matter, but avoiding the temptation
to think negatively is more important.

Interesting, huh?
