< Only 3 active MMs and they are the worse an OTC can have>

I show 4 MM's active. SHRP, FRAN, HILL, and NITE. Now respectively these outfits are making markets in approx, 4300, 2400, 5400, and 2200 securities, so none of them are rinky dink little outfits, no?

What makes these outfits the worst? Or are you talking about the specific MM that each assigns to a start up like DIGG? Obviously their best guys are on the high flyers.

The way the bid would drop, a sale go through at the new bid, then the raise, indicated to me that, yes inventory to sell, and possibly some minor manipulation, as I and others could not never get filled anywhere but the ask, but someone was getting in on the bid, and not just once but numerous times. Someone with some "power" calling an MM and saying fill this one at the bid????? Or even "fill this one at xx. Is that possible?

Yup, I've read numerous articles and a couple of books now, will read more, and have watched level II on Nasdaq listings, love to watch CMGI, my favorite, and have used it for a little daytrading. Point is I do have some understanding of the mechanics of the MM system. The head fakes, the jumps from one side to the other, etc. I will figure out slowly.

The 1:10,000 reverse was the very first thing I found on DIGG. Truth be told I have done zero DD on the previous symbol or company, assuming that the current management took over a shell. Guess maybe I'll have a look.

:-) teach me sir.
