How will AMD handle the L2 cache issue ? Intel has to
make their own for Xeon(400Mhz and up). Is there commodity
SRAM readily available for say 350Mhz ?


I don't know much about the availability of SRAM, but I will interject that the K7 L2 cache can run at 1/2 or 1/3 speed if necessary.

MOT has SRAM's at 350 and up now.
