I vaguely remember reading about the ultimate oscillator in one of Williams' futures books. I forget the specific calculations, but the idea was to create an oscillator that was the sum of three different time-length oscillators.... by weighting them to be equal, and computing the overall value. In the book, Williams uses 7, 14, and 28 days for the time periods. FWIW, talk to you later, take care
