Valuehunter, i hate to say it but i'm not surprised. Sadly, you could have been describing any number of other companies as well. Former-customer-service trainer-but-frustrated-by-hiring-of-unmotivated-so quit-&-now buy-&-hold stocks..LOL, Baldwin
