Thanks for the post RG.

Unfortunately, I cannot attend, but would you please ask the Nutty Professor:

1) As a computer sciences teacher, where does he get his credentials to properly assess a business?? Does he have a background in Accounting which allowed him to question BIDS accounting practices???

2) When was the last time, prior to his negative report, that he spoke to officials at BIDS. BIDS officials said Pavan hadn't spoken to them since last Fall.

3) Why did he wait until Nasdaq listing to release his report??

4) Did he have any shares in BIDS? If so, when did he sell them, before or after the report??

5) Did Yorkton short BIDS???

6) When he commented..."I don't want to get in front of a steaming train", was he bearish on BIDS at that time?? If he was bearish, why didn't he express his negative opinion then?? If he was Bullish when he made those comments, what made him change his opinion about the company??

7) How does he evaluate EBAY now??...How did he evaluate EBAY 6 months ago??

8) PLEASE ask him if he would like to meet SirVinny face to face??

Thanks RG,

SirVinny
