I certainly wouldnt go so far as to call her an American hero. Let me state right now before the accusations start rolling that I am in no case a Clinton fan. But Linda Tripp an American hero? Hardly. A small time opportunist and schemer who just happened to do the country a (dubious) favor by helping to bring out the President's scandalous affair, maybe. Hero, no. If we consider that woman a hero, then we have indeed set our standards below the belt, if not below the shoestring. Derek
