Some people/brokers consider all BB co. as being on the pink sheets. But there is a real pink sheet list out there. And you don't want to be the one on it. Maybe the company would not care, but I do not think that is the case at the moment, but the stockholders I would think would. I, personally, will not be holding any stock that ends up on the Pink Sheets. But that is one person's opinion only.

You have no problem getting a quote, or information on BB reporting companies. The SEC filings are readily available and the Market Makers keep the prices available and create an orderly flow of the Buys and Sells, as mandated by LAW. Pink Sheet stocks are very hard to get any information on. In my personal opinion, a good many of the Pink Sheet stocks are outright scams. That's my opinion! All BB stocks must be an SEC reporting company, with timely SEC reports, Quarterly and Annual Reports and the like, to stay on the NASDAQ:BB. Mr. PR won't have a choice except to revert back to the Pink Sheets if they don't file their SEC reports in a timely fashion.
